- EPA: approved since 2004 for routine treatment of drinking water (also for swimming pools, food industry, industrial, and emergency public applications).
- WHO (World Health Organization) – recommended for use as easy to use source of chlorine.
- NSF International (third party) USA follows its recommendations / authorizations): authorized for use in drinking water disinfection (30mg/L max use).
- Israeli Ministry of Health – Approved for drinking water Disinfection
- “Certificate of Satisfactory Performance” by Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran and MIDC-Maharashtra after successful completion of Pilots.
- Health Impact Study in Andhra Pradesh indicating favorable results of use of NaDCC on human health, esp. babies.
